Gold Coast Terrain Park
We have a 3-pack of jumps in our Large/Medium park is up and looking proper. Construction of an additional jump or possibly a high-speed aerial jib(s) is also underway. The process of engineering something of this nature is complex to make it safe for public use, with proper flow, testing, and spacing in our allotted runway. The incoming weather may impact this process. If we do not feel it is working properly, the feature is subject to change.
We have around 10 rails (jibs) in currently. Staff favorites include the challenging S rail, Down Rail, and Combo Staple Wall ride transfer.
Remember: Know your speed & start small. We always recommend checking out our offerings in Belmont before heading to Gold Coast Terrain Park.
Belmont Terrain Park
- Belmont will continue to have a 3-pack of jumps & small jumps in our start park area.
- As another March storm approaches, the jibs in Belmont are likely to be affected by the snow.
- We currently have a box line & rail line for our jibs. In addition, we have two dance floor boxes in our start park area.
Remember: Jumps are marked with flags. For Beginner/Intermediate park rides, keep this in mind for your safety and the safety of others. Takeoffs for jibs (rails/boxes) are not designed to be used as jumps.
Tiegel
- Our Alpine offering will more than likely change with the coming storm.
- Currently, we have a small jump line & hip. These continue to be a favorite!
When you visit, we encourage you to talk with our Terrain Park staff and communicate what you’d like to see in Tiegel. Since it is the only offering on the Alpine side that we can currently provide, we would love to ensure it stays fresh and fun. You can also send your ideas to us at chatter@palisadestahoe.com.
