Tahoe Live 2025

The mountain was moving last weekend with eighteen artists throwing down great music from Tahoe Live. This year the festival expanded to three days –  the names got larger, the bass got louder, and the crowd got stronger each night. Before the show, people scattered about the mountain for terrain park laps or scenic tram rides which kept the energy high all day long. After the show, the party continued in The Village where local DJs curated an insane afterparty night after night. Tahoe Live is truly a one of a kind weekend in Tahoe. And with such an energetic and successful third year, it’s something everyone should add to their calendar for 2026.

Friday

Friday kicked the weekend off right with a vibrant and dance heavy performance from Australian DJ Sippy. Then PEEKABOO pushed the bounds of dubstep right before LSZEE headlined the night. The duo combines LSDREAM and his funky Space Bass with CloZee’s melodic atmosphere to bring their psychedelic wubby soundscapes to life. A special act to see live as the two continue to close out their final dates of their tour as LSZEE.

Saturday

Saturday was stacked. Reno local ZaddyB opened the stage at 3pm, firing up his fellow Reno-ites right from the start. San Holo explored the genre he coined “wholesome riddim” and even played an electric guitar to add some more flare to an already epic set. Allison Wonderland brought the future bass and electropop to the function. And Porter Robinson topped it all off by playing his new music to connect with the crowd. Everyone seemed to get the memo as it felt like the whole concert moved to the village after the show, where DJs kept the people dancing.

Sunday

New for 2025, the third day of this festival was truly a banger. Zen Selekta put on a show bringing the energy to a new level. Shaq pushed the crowd to circle up. His classic plea for a moshpit echoing through the valley. Zeds Dead laid it all down with a bassline heavy set perfectly mixed with samples of blues and classic rock songs from the 50s and 60s.

Tahoe Live made for an active weekend in the valley. Every artist gave it their all and the energy in the crowd was electric day after day. If you missed the music this weekend, don’t worry. You can practice your moves after hitting the slopes every Friday and Saturday December 26 – May 25 from 1-5pm at the KT Bass Bar. See you there!
