Fun Facts:
What is the favorite part of your job? “I absolutely adore the combination of being in the mountains while still engaging in meaningful IT work. It’s a perfect blend. Unlike being stuck at a desk, I get ample opportunities to breathe in fresh air and work on problems directly related to the environment. This allows me to stay connected to both people and the nature around us.”
How do you feel you share the spirit of our legendary mountains? “I feel lucky to support a place where mountains are more than just the background… they are part of the culture. Whether it’s helping someone to get back into their account or trekking through snow to fix a connection issue… I’m proud to support the mountain lifestyle from the ground up, convincing computers to behave and reminding users that turning it off and on -is in fact a legitimate strategy.”
Of the four company values (Prioritizing Purpose, Honoring Authenticity, Cultivating Collaboration, Embracing Empowerment), which of these resonate most with you today? “I enjoy being the person who can quietly step in and make things work again… For me, prioritizing purpose means not just fixing each issue but focusing on how it helps people stay connected, productive, and less frustrated. Even on the busiest days, I try to remind myself that we make things smoother and provide solutions for others, which is what truly matters. It keeps me grounded as well.”
If you could have a superpower, what would it be? “It would be turning caffeine and cold mountain air into fully functional IT infrastructure – all while pretending that I didn’t fix the same printer last week.”
