Fernando is the kind of team member who makes everything run smoother—often behind the scenes, but always with intention. Known for his calm demeanor and can-do attitude, he approaches every request, big or small, with thoughtfulness and follow-through. Whether it’s solving last-minute issues, managing events, or prepping for special operations like cookie handouts or food drives, Fernando always ensures the team is set up for success. His initiative, dependability, and genuine care for others have made him a trusted and respected leader across the resort.
Fun Facts:
What is the favorite part of your job? “Interacting with guests when it comes to the client needs. Being able to enjoy the beautiful Sierra Mountains with my crew while doing set up.”
How do you feel you share the spirit of our legendary mountains? “I have the privilege of being able to set up peoples’ wedding, and making dreams come true. My team and I take great pride making this happen.”

What was your favorite vacation, where did you go, what made it special? “Visiting San Clemente, CA to meet up with family I have not seen in a very long time. My next trip will be Monterrey and Oregon.”
What’s the most interesting fun fact about yourself? “I am very approachable and social.”
What’s your favorite animal and why? “Tibetan Mastiff, my cousin had one and I called him a “gentle giant”. He was so big, but yet so loving.”
If you could have a superpower, what would it be? “Telekinesis it allows for moving objects at a distance, creating force fields, and even emulating other powers like flight, super strength, or super speed.”
