Snowboarder spraying powder on the backside of Alpine Meadows on a bluebird March day

After a foot of new snow Sunday night through Monday, there were still some powdery storm leftovers to be found today if you were willing to hike. Due to low visibility, the High Traverse and North ridges of Beaver Bowl, Estelle Bowl, and beyond stayed closed yesterday. These classic Alpine Meadows hikes opened first-thing today with bluebird skies and were best hit in the morning. The North-facing slopes stayed cold all day, while other aspects got sun-baked as the day warmed up.

Shot 100% on GoPro HERO9

This Shred Report features snowboarders Adam Ryan, Tilden Wooley, and John Lauer. Filmed by Riley Bathurst of Snowledge, shot entirely on GoPro.
