This was a February to remember at Palisades Tahoe! Our month-long total was 132″, bringing our season total to over 500″. We hope you enjoyed powder turns, skiing and riding Silverado, and the historic Stifel Palisades Tahoe Cup this month.
We hit some fast, smooth groomers and found some great tree skiing before the races at the Stifel Palisades Tahoe Cup, making for a wonderful day at Palisades today.

Today’s conditions were all-time with 20” of fresh deep cold blower pow. From KT22’s Rock Garden and Olympic Lady to Upper Mountain’s terrain in Solitude …
After a short spring break, winter is back in Lake Tahoe. It’s just the beginning of the storm cycle (Palisades reported a couple of inches of snow overnight), and the next few days will be snowy and cold.
The weather and conditions were prime today at Palisades Tahoe for combining park laps and off piste steeps, making for an awesome all-terrain day. From the big jump line in the Gold Coast Park, to the endless options of steeps in Silverado.
Today was awesome to hit the mountain, and I’m totally looking forward to coming back up to Tahoe to get in more fun in this totally epic winter that the Sierras have been experiencing.
Crisp weather, gorgeous lake views, and fun, fast-riding snow that was still good days after the last storm had Palisades riding wonderfully today.

Despite the limited visibility and wind, the fresh snowfall today was a real treat and felt like a nice dessert to go with the massive main course of snow we got in January. Tomorrow should be a real treat with sunny skies in the forecast and fresh new pow to play in!
The conditions around the mountain were awesome today, from pow turns in Enchanted Forest to gully hits and steep groomers in Broken Arrow. The sunny skies and mild wind provided some fun variety of wintery snow and spring slush, an all-season all-terrain day.
Today’s conditions were an absolute blast. Hitting the mountain in the late afternoon, taking full advantage of the longer days of sunshine – Scott Chair at Alpine was the place to be.
