Meet Kate, a Training Supervisor for Mountain Sports School and Team Palisades Tahoe. As part of our Women’s Month blog series, we talked to Kate about her job, her thru-hike of the Pacific Crest Trail, an more!

Allison, known to most as Alby, Dean, is a Masters ski coach for the Palisades Tahoe Masters Program under the Mountain Sports School at Palisades Tahoe, a teacher for the Women of Winter clinics and camps, and the athletic trainer for the Employee Wellness Program at Palisades Tahoe. She has been with the resort for 13 years and recently celebrated her 69th birthday.
