If you follow us on social media, there’s no doubt you’ve seen some of the incredible photos taken by Marcus Morgan. Marcus, who has been at Palisades Tahoe since the mid-90s, is currently the Upper Lift Maintenance Manager at Palisades, and he’s a crucial part of our team of photographers. Marcus gets to see a part of the mountain that most of us never get to experience, from early mornings to being out in the extreme elements.
Marcus started taking photos because he wanted to capture his son, Kai, participating in sports. (You’ve probably seen shots of Kai on our Instagram feed, too. He’s a talented skier). Marcus also enjoys landscape and nature photography, but sports — especially skiing — are his main subject.
