The best part of Tahoe summers is enjoying the great outdoors, and that includes eating and drinking! Check out some of our favorite places for outdoor dining in Palisades Tahoe.
The Village at Palisades Tahoe is chock-full of outdoor eateries where you can enjoy the fresh mountain air. Here are the not-to-miss spots this summer:
Rocker
Come here for the… rotating craft beers on tap and the new summer menu

Take a seat at Rocker’s outdoor deck to soak in Palisades Tahoe’s scenery and the action in the heart of The Village. The summer après scene features rotating beers on tap, wines from California and beyond, and a refreshing selection of fun signature cocktails. Rocker is infamous for its tower of cheesy, delicious nachos, but the summer menu also boasts shrimp tacos, steak frites, caprese chicken sandwiches, Panzanella, and harvest bowls.
High Camp BBQ
Come here for the… barbeque with a view at 8,200 feet

Take the Aerial Tram up to High Camp BBQ and enjoy a barbeque lunch at the top of the mountain. This menu is stacked with mouth-watering favorites you won’t want to miss, all while taking in spectacular mountain views. Opens June 20, 2025.
The Auld Dubliner
Come here for the… Guinness wings and cold beer

The lively Irish pub-style atmosphere of “the Dub” flows out onto the patio all summer long. Try the Guinness Wings, Irish Dip sandwich, or any traditional Irish fare and you won’t be disappointed. There’s also a massive selection of Irish Whiskey and the best Guinness in all of Tahoe!
Fireside Pizza
Come here for… a menu the whole family will love

With a robust menu of pizza, pasta, salads, and kid-friendly options, Fireside Pizza is the prime spot for family dining al fresco. Located smack dab in the middle of the Village, it’s also one of the best places to listen to the live music of Bluesdays, every summer Tuesday evening starting June 24th, 2025!
Tremigo
Come here for the… authentic Mexican specialties

Tremigo features a family-friendly authentic Mexican menu created by experienced chef Antonio Abundiz and his family, originally from Guadalajara, Mexico. The traditional menu includes combination platters, fajitas, tacos, housemade chile rellenos, blue corn sopas, and Molcajete.
Little Bear Cafe
Come here for the… artisan sandwiches and après cocktails

Our Bear-istas have partnered with local coffee roasters, farmers, winemakers, brewers, and artists to bring the Palisades Tahoe community to you. Little Bear Cafe boasts house-made baked goods, sandwiches, and beverages on a stunning patio. Hot tip: order an espresso martini if you want a chilled pick-me-up on a hot day.
Uncorked
Come here for the… a glass of wine and charcuterie

Here, you will encounter boutique wines, hard-to-find labels, and limited-case productions from California and around the world. Uncorked features 18 different wines by the glass and flights (3, 2oz. pours). Uncorked has a thoughtfully curated selection with a strong focus on wine producers with an emphasis on mindful farming practices. Selections change bi-monthly, so there is always something new to try.
Coffeebar
Come here for the… refreshing iced coffee and gourmet treats

Whether you crave an iced coffee in the morning or a beer (or wine) in the afternoon, the Coffeebar deck is the perfect place to savor it. Try one of the croissants, baked fresh in Truckee daily!
Bike to the Lake

If you are interested in venturing outside of The Village, rent a bike and explore more of Tahoe. Head out of Olympic Valley and at the light, cross the street and get on the bike trail towards Alpine and Tahoe City. Tahoe City is 5 miles on this scenic and paved path, perfect for kids, bike trailers, or cruiser bikes. Bring your bathing suit and a towel – there are lots of great places to take a dip in the river along the way or go for a swim in Lake Tahoe once you arrive in Tahoe City.
