Rocker @ Palisades Tahoe

If craft beer and a tower of delicious cheesy nachos are your thing, then you should head to Rocker @ Palisades Tahoe. You’ll also find big screens to watch your team on game day and delicious dishes like the Rocker Signature Burger (try it chef’s style). Try one of the signature cocktails like the “Shane McConkey” served in a commemorative glass with a portion of the proceeds being donated to the Palisades Tahoe legend’s foundation. Look out for Football specials when the games are on.
The Auld Dubliner
Come here for the… traditional Irish faire, Guinness, and great wings.
Step into the ‘Dub’ and you’ll feel like you’re in the heart of Ireland. Traditional favorites like Shepherd’s Pie, Fish & Chips, and Guinness Beef Stew are always a great call, but do not miss out on the Guinness Wings and Irish Dip sandwich. There’s a massive selection of Irish Whiskey and the best Guinness in all of Tahoe. Expect hearty food and drink, good music, warm hospitality, and friendly banter at this Palisades Tahoe’s favorite.
Le Chamois

A local’s favorite, the ‘Chammy’ has been a go-to apres spot for years. On a sunny day, sit outside in the Adirondack chairs constructed from skis and take in the views of Tram Face while enjoying a slice of pizza. Head upstairs to the Loft Bar where you’ll find casual seating on couches and retired chairlifts. Le Chamois’ fabled walls are adorned with memorabilia, classic photos, and plenty of tall tales – you’ll need to take a minute (or a few) to soak it all in.
KT Base Bar
Come here for the… sun deck and incredible views.
When your day on the slopes is over and you’re looking to unwind, the KT Base Bar is your spot of choice if you’re looking to sit by a fire, soak up the sun and look up in awe at the legendary KT-22. Staggering views, fresh air, and signature cocktails always have a good crowd on hand here. Be sure to try out the flatbread pizzas and onion rings.
The Chalet
Come here for the… giant pretzels, gourmet sausages, and beers on tap.
The Chalet is an on-mountain, ski in ski out Bavarian beer garden that will give our legs a break from shredding at Alpine. Either cozy up inside or catch some rays on the Chalet deck, where lawn chairs and picnic tables are open for you to kick your feet up, relax, and get a sweet goggle tan. Choose from our assortment of beers on draft while enjoying one of our signature Bavarian treats such as the giant pretzels with beer cheese sauce or one of our locally-made, gourmet sausages and bratwurst.
Uncorked Wine Bar
Come here for the… robust selection of wines from California and beyond.
If you crave a delicious glass of wine after the slopes, Uncorked is your perfect spot to unwind. The atmosphere is cozy and mellow, with a knowledgeable staff to help you choose a glass, bottle, or wine tasting that you’ll love. Uncorked often has specials that include cheese plates or date night deals.

Come here for the… best chocolate chip cookies in Tahoe
If your version of après involves satisfying sweets, then Wildflour is an absolute must. Susan’s fresh chocolate chip cookies are the perfect reward after a day on the slopes. Wildflour is a welcoming spot for families and friends, and is frequented by Olympians and professional athletes who grew up learning to ski or ride on Team Palisades Tahoe.
