LOOKING AHEAD
With favorable snowmaking weather and continued snowfall in the forecast, crews will remain in expansion mode through the remainder of the holiday period. Additional terrain openings will continue as snowpack development, avalanche mitigation work, and operational readiness align.
A FEW REMINDERS
- Ikon Base Passes are not valid December 27 – 31. It’s not too late to upgrade to from an Ikon Base Pass to full Ikon Pass with no blackout dates. Purchase online in My Account, call, or visit one of our ticket offices.
- Parking reservations are in effect December 24 – January 4. Visit parkpalisadestahoe.com to check availability and take advantage of the new carpool reservations program. Park and Ride is in effect, and guests are encouraged to plan ahead and allow extra time for arrival.
- Early-season conditions remain. Please ski and ride in control, watch for unmarked obstacles, respect all closures and signage, and use extra caution in deep snow. Always ski or ride with a partner. Read our Safety Page for more details.
- The holiday events calendar is in full swing through January 4, featuring family-friendly events, skiing with Jonny Moseley, Chalet dinners, Sunset Happy Hour at High Camp, and New Year’s Eve torchlight parades and celebrations.
- Disco Tubing and Snowtubing are operating at SnoVentures.
