For the latest operations update, including new terrain and mountain ops, check out our most recent update from 12/25
The Monday storm delivered top-to-bottom snowfall, giving us up to 12” on the upper mountain as of Tuesday morning, with a solid forecast calling for as much as 4 feet Wednesday through Sunday shaping up to be a real Christmas miracle. We’re continuing snowmaking efforts whenever possible, and teams are in an all-out push to build lift ramps, fire up lifts, groom new snowfall, and set boundaries so we can get you on the mountain for some holiday skiing and riding.

In addition to swing and graveyard grooming shifts, crews are poised for round-the-clock operations through Christmas, working to take us from a very limited operation to a post storm offering with terrain openings at both Palisades and Alpine. Please check back Thursday for updates on this next round of storms and what it means for terrain expansion in the days ahead.
SnoVentures and Exhibition remain scheduled with terrain expansions planned for the coming days. With the majority of snow falling Wednesday to Friday and a winter storm warning in effect, these plans are subject to change. We plan to share an additional update on Thursday, so please check back and reference the Mountain Report for real-time updates.

Depending on how this storm delivers, teams will remain in round-the-clock preparation mode for additional terrain openings starting Sunday and beyond. Solitude, Siberia, and Granite are real possibilities beginning Sunday, along with expanded terrain offerings at Alpine.
